We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50.00+ within the United States & low cost standard shipping world wide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. If you require expedited shipping, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. Additional fees may apply. Please note that we DO ship to PO.Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Returns Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lizzy & Co. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s). All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item and will send a replacement as soon as possible. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
